About the Opportunity
Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a nationally respected, full-service law firm-recognized for its collaborative culture and sophisticated litigation practice-that is expanding its Los Angeles office. The firm is seeking a sharp, proactive Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant to support a high-volume Commercial Litigation team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and enjoys being the organizational backbone for busy attorneys.
Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and format correspondence and litigation documents
- File and e-file pleadings in state and federal courts (including ECF/PACER)
- Manage complex calendaring and litigation deadlines
- Schedule depositions, meetings, and court-related events
- Coordinate attorney travel and prepare detailed expense reports
- Maintain organized files and handle accurate time entry
- Review and edit monthly prebills
- Assist with additional administrative needs as required by the litigation team
Qualifications
- 3+ years of litigation support experience, preferably in commercial litigation
- Strong calendaring skills with deep knowledge of litigation timelines
- Hands-on filing/e-filing experience in both state and federal courts
- Proficiency with MS Office and experience with document management and timekeeping systems
- Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines with precision and professionalism
- A dependable team player who can also work independently and anticipate needs
- Highly detail-oriented, flexible, and able to thrive under pressure
